To serve you better, we relocated in February of 2008 to a brand new office in Patrick Henry Center. Our building is located on the corner of Patrick Henry Drive and Turnberry Boulevard.

Insurance Information

1. UNITED CONCORDIA

We are currently participating providers with: United Concordia PPO

All other programs in the United Concordia Plans are considered out of network .

Tricare Dental Program ( FEDVIP) must use a NFFS dentist to receive coverage.


2. GEHA

We are participating providers in the following GEHA Dental Plans:

  • GEHA Connection Dental Plus
  • GEHA Connection Dental Federal (High and Standard Options)
    • a) Guardian DentalGuard Preferred
    b) DNoA Preferred Network
    c) United HealthCare Dental
    Note: cardholder with these plans are considered in network

    3. DELTA DENTAL PREMIER

    We are participating Dentist with Delta Premier/ all other Deltas are considered out of network /in network with reduced benefits.

    There are many Delta Dental Programs
    ALWAYS CHECK THE DENTAL INSURANCE TO BE SURE THAT THE PLAN IS NOT A HMO. (Note: that we are not a HMO Provider.)
